From the Beginning

Since 1998, Maple Preschool has focused on supporting kids of all levels and needs throughout the early transitional stages of childhood.

Founder and owner, Miss Dawna, along with her hand picked team have grown Maple Preschool into what it is today. As a mother of 4 and growing her community for over 23 years, her passion for her work illuminates through everything she does.

Our flexible programs offer children of all levels the preparation needed for kindergarten as well as building a learning foundation for their future aspirations. Allowing children to explore in a school setting in their early ages, ensures that each child's developmental stages are being met and exceeded.

We focus on small grouped classrooms where groups of 8 students fill each room at a time. Groups are always mixed throughout the day on a daily basis to ensure your child interacts with every single friend. We strive to follow all Ministry of Education guidelines in our daily routine based on "How Does Learning Happen". This includes the belonging, well being, engagement and expression of each child, always.

These are few of the many skills and qualities that each child will develop at our centre. These are brought out through well designed activities that adequately nurture emotional, intellectual and physical growth of our kids. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, young children are free to develop into bright young minds.
